Petit Merveille Akarenga Soko Bay Hakodate

Petite Merveille's "mel cheese" cheesecake literally melts in your mouth. And does it ever - some flavours better than others, rather. My least favourite is the strawberry; it was too sweet. Perhaps the problem was that it also tasted the least fresh and, as such, didn't melt on the tongue as well? So soft, so flavourful... this was good!- Mimi's Cake Tour

Best milk pudding... recommended!

The custard milk pudding was absolutely phenomenal - silky smooth and with a perfect consistency. The cheese cake was velvety and full of flavour while still very light.

Best cheesacake I've ever tried.Went to Kanemori shopping mall just for this shop. Someone recommended me this place, it was totally worth it, the cheese cake were so delicious, they have many flavours like classic one, caramel or chocolate. Any of them were great, not a classic cheesecake, they look like small biscuits or sweets but they are so great. A must go place if you ever go to Hakodate

I ordered this set to try all the main dessert: milk pudding, pumpkin pudding, soft fluffy cheesecakes: plain, caramel and pumpkin. They were all nice but the most amazing was the milk pudding. The rest can give it a miss if you’re already full.

Love the old buildings and views from outside way more than the stores inside.

The best pumpkin pudding!

This cafe is in one of the red brick warehouse among the souvenirs shops. There is a cake set which consists of 2 cheesecakes and a drink. Around 600 Yen. The cheesecakes are very good. Melts in your mouth. Highly recommend the original and caramel. The pumpkin is not bad except not much pumpkin taste

Petite Merveille’s milk pudding stole the show. The incredible flavour either on its own or enhanced with the honey sachet was just nothing I’d ever tasted before. Strawberry shortcake was quite delicious too but don’t miss out on the pudding! Located amongst all the souvenir shops in the bay.

The best milk pudding I've ever tasted!!! And the cheese cake have variety of choice. Pumpkin, chocolate, and so on. Don't miss the chocolate and cheese one. Too good and melt in ur mouth! The hot matcha latte is a good one too!

Cheese cakes are the most delicious that I had ever tasted in the world.

Quite a good profiterole but the chocolate cheesecake and layered cake were rather unpleasant. Some of the other pastries (like the strawberry sponge) looked like they would fare better - perhaps just avoid chocolate flavoured treats..Passable coffee from an automatic machine.

After having their pudding and pumpkin cake, they are delicious but not impressed...at all.Still a good place to stay for an afternoon tea time.

This is one of the hidden gem in Hakodate at Red Brick Warehouse area.Pudding was one the best I ever eaten in my whole life and the soft serve ice cream was great too! Cheese cake is good as well.

One of the hidden gem of Hakodate. I ran into this place after walking from the train station and milling around the redbrick stores. Looking for a place to sit and get a cup of coffee, I tried this place.I ordered a few of different things - fluffy cheesecake, pumpkin soft serve, brewed coffee, and custard cream puff. They are all excellent, the brewed coffee is smooth and not very acidy. I was surprised the pumpkin soft serve taste really good. I was torn between custard cream puff and tiramisu - but the custard cream puff is out of this world. It's closer to custard and cream while it's not too dense. Would go back and get more when I'm in the area.The owner/chef is around to give out sample of the cheesecake. Very friendly and humble person - and happy to have his photo taken with me.

the cheesecake is super light and fluffy, perfect for snacking, and the pumpkin vanilla icecream is refreshing💯 highly recommend even for those that are lactose intolerant!

The cheesecake melts in your mouth, and would definitely recommend. It's a great resting point while shopping and exploring (especially in the snow!) You can get 2 cheesecakes (regular and caramel) with select drinks for 600 yen plus tax.

Personally, not a fan of the custard pudding but the cheese cakes are amazing!
